No. You may choose to participate in only one time group or in all three.
Yes, but only if both gamers have paid the full registration fee and the entrance fee for the game/s they will be playing. Please let the event staff know that the PC will be shared between gamers.
No. Due to power supply constraints at the venue no additional electronic equiptment may be used at NamLAN 2009 other than your BYOC setup. This includes; fans, heaters, lava lamps, fridges, kettles, TV, Microwaves, HiFi, radio, desktop speakers etc.
Yes. The cafe/tuckshop at UNAM will be open during the event and will have the normal refreshments like softdrinks, chips and sweets on sale. The cafe/tuckshop will also have some light meals available.
No. There will be standard controllers provided at the event. You are however welcome to bring your own controller or Stick but will first be reviewed by the event staff to ensure that it complies to the rules of the game.
Yes. NamLAN 2009 is a 'Bring Your Own Computer' or BYOC for short. This includes PC, Monitor (LCD is preferably) Mouse & pad, keyboard and headphones. You will also need to have your own copies of the games that you wish to play. Network and power cabling will be supplied
NESA highly recommends that you have the original games for all games featured at NESA leagues, tournaments and events which you will participate in. Please note that NESA and the NamLAN organisers and sponsors will not be held responsible for any actions that my result from the use of illegitimate copies of games and software (including OS) at the event.
